HD stands for Heavy Duty. The SSEi models got a HD transmission to hold the extra power and torque provided by the supercharged motor. They were also different gear ratios than their naturally aspirated counterparts.
Your ECM (computer) is configured for a different transmission than you put in, therefore it was never told how to react and work with the transmission.

ok that is your problem.....the SSE trans is prolly a 3.06 gear ratio...the one that was in your ssei was a 2.93 trans....in addition the one that was in your SSEi was a HD version and the SSE one is not
