Default Air Compressor on driver side of 1993 Bonneville SSE
I noticed that after turning off the Bonnie, I hear a motor noise under hood. I looked, and it is some type of air compressor that kicks on.. It ran for about 5 minutes. Seems too long.. Possibly draining the battery.. I just bought this badass car, and would like to know if anyone knows what the hell this air compressors purpose is

the compressor controls the suspension in the rear end of the car...

yes if you have a leak in the rear air shocks your compressor can drain the battery
