Default Air compressor 99 ssei

When I got the car, I bought it used and It did not c ome with the iflator kit as usual. But the compressor doesn't work at all. So I was curious and I took it off fromthe mount, and brougth it to the bench to work on it. I took it apart and seemed that the seal leaked and water got in the hand that moves the piston. In another words, it was stuck and rusted, so I cleaned it up and I made it work. But the screw that holds the metal hand that goes up and down to pump air broke.
So I am looking for A. the screw or B. the whole compressor. The compressor is above $300.00 and the hosses I'll get them at Home Depot, the screw is my problem, so I can replace it at low cost, and make the pump work totally, oh! also does the same compressor pumps air to the shocks or struts? Cuz I saw hosses that came to the same compressor to the back of the struts or shocks...

I thank you ...

Yes...I do believe that this compressor drives (is) the auto-leveling system(*)..
Good Luck

I don't recall anyone ever working on one of those before. I am not aware of a parts source for those... I'll check in my 93 manual later on.

You may be able to find a compressor at a junkyard. Good luck.

My 89 Cadillac has the same air pump used in my 98 Bonneville. I think that may give you a better shot at find one at a yard - used.
Here is a short (I'm sure very short, but it'* a start) list of vehicles GM has produced since 1976 that have used this pump:

Bonneville (F & Rwd)
Caprice Classic/Impala
Deville
Seville
Fleetwood (F & Rwd)
98
Delta 88
LSS
Transport
Montana
Venture
Bravada
Envoy
Lesabre (F & Rwd)
Park Avenue (F & Rwd)
Roadmaster

I don't know what years the pump would be in, but at one time or another all of them had the optional or standard equipment Self/Auto Leveling shocks. The pump is mounted in different places, so watch for that. My 98 B has it'* pump mounted upside down under the passenger side 1/4 panel. The Cad'* in under the hood, on the inner fender skirt.
