well my ABS kicks in at odd times Like im not even braking and you hear the noise? any suggestions?

Do you have Traction Control? This will sound the same as the ABS coming on (same system).

If not, it could be a faulty wheel speed sensor.

the car could be in park or drive but not moveing and it will make that sound

sounds like a bad hub. You need a scanner to check for codes or to look at some data, see what wheel speed sensor is reading different than the others. If all checks out, Ive seen bad ABS/Traction pumps cause this too, but more than likley its a bad hub assembly

then when i take thTC off it doesnt do it (only if you slam on the brakes)

OBD1 won't send TC/ABS codes through the ALDL connector. Need an EBCM serial reader. Is that what you have?
