Something to keep in mind

The typical mechanic was a high school drop out that went to a tech school for a few months. There are exceptions to every rule and there are some great mechanics that had tons of training and others that had little training. I'm not putting them down at all. It'* a skill and a learned skill.

Most of us would look at something like brakes and worry because it is so important that our cars stop properly. I listened, watched and learned. If the time and desire is there, a single person can do most anything they need in life.
