Default 97 SSEI water pump change

I have been reading about how to change the water pump.
I have all the bolts loose and out EXCEPT the one directly behinde the power stering pump,Is the only way to get this last bolt out to take off the power stering pump?

Thanks guys

I think you might be able to get a socket threw a hole in the pulley.

I tried, the only way was to unbolt the ps pump. Two 13mm bolts through the holes of the pulley at 12 and 6 on the clock. When you get it loose, lower it gently. The oil pressure sender is right below it. You don't want to drop the pump and break the sender.
