Test for spark at each of the three front cylinders. I'm sure you're getting spark but want you to try to determine if the spark is strong on all three. That should eliminate coil & ICM problems. What did the old plugs look like?
I see you've solved some problems, is it just the rough idle now or are there other issues?

mainly a rough idle. i fixed the lean bank code by cleaning battery terminals and the tune up and snout rebuild helped but i still have a idle problem
i also checked the EGR and it is not a locked up and neither is the PCV
oil looks good not the milky brown and thin look associated with broken heads, tranny oil looks good and so does all other fluids.

At this point, you've fixed the lean bank one, and only have a rough idle?
I think it'* time to clean the Throttle Body and MAF sensor. Get a Throttle Body gasket and do this:

Most cars benefit to some extent or another every 50k miles or so from this. 100k is pushing it pretty far. At idle, the throttle plate is closed. The IAC allows some air to bypass the closed throttle plate in the throttle body in order to keep the engine running. If it gunks up in there, it has a hard time metering the air.

That coil feeds TWO cylinders, so it'* not the coil. It'* the wire. Spray a light mist of water with an empty glass cleaner sprayer or similar in the dark at idle with the underhood light off. See any sparking? Spray it up and down the wire. Is the wire touching anything? What'* the resistance of that wire and the #4? They should be VERY CLOSE to the same resistance.

hey guys thanks a lot i figured it out it was a combination of metal contact and a coil issue. i took some baking soda and vinegar cleaned up the corrosion and and then did some intricate wire work.
but hey i work for circuit city so i can get wire loom dirt cheap or free for that matter maybe i can take some of the scrap and then loom the entire wire set
well again thanks guys we really are a close knit family here

Just remember that wire loom is a preventive short-term measure. Not a repair. When it gets wet from road spray in the winter, your problem may come back.
All issues solved now?
