Default 96+ L36 equipped cars, stock timing advance @ WOT?

I am doing a little digging around to see if the n/a bonnies tuned less agressively then the grand prix'*. (I think this is the right place to put this?)
So far I've got that the gp'* get about 28* and me and jr's3800 (both 95'*) get less than 19*.
Could this be because 95 was it'* first year of production?<--just thinking out loud
So, what are all you 96+ guys getting at WOT?
