Default 95 SSEi Trouble Codes

Can I paperclip OBD1 1/2 trouble codes out of my 95 SSEi? Or is a Scantool with OBD@ connector the only way?
Thanks!!

93 was the last year to be paperclippable. After that the computers became too involved and it was no longer possible. You will need a code reader.

I thought some 94'* were still OBD1?? If it has the 8pin connector, then shouldn't it still be OBD1?

All the 94-95 that I've seen (Bonneville that is) have been OBD 1.5.
