Default 95 SSEi a/c fan wont shut off

Got home from work, and the car off and the blower motor kept going. I tried to turn the car back on and manuelly shut off the a/c by hitting the off button on the climate control, still on. I pulled all of the interior fuses, still on. Went under the hood and found the main a/c control fuse, IT STOPPED. Ok I suspect a stuck relay but I dont know which one. I pulled the first two relays directly under the main fuses but problem continued. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do have the ECC if that helps.

Thanks in Advanced,

Rob

P.*. I did post this in the electic forum but i thought this gets alot more exposer

Sorry for the late response, I did get to the module and disconnected it, reinstalled the fuse and the intrior fan didnt turn on. I'm assuming you are correct I just haven't found the part yet, I'm looking at local yards. I just might have to bite it and hit the dealer.
