95 ssei

I have a 95 bonnie ssei that blows hot and cold air intermittently . with the controls set to heat sometimes it blows hot and sometimes ice cold air blows. tem gauge show 195 deg.. it might blow hot on my way to work and cold on the way home. I don't understand what is causing this ?
