Default 95 pontiac bonneville turn signal fuse blows when i put the car in reverse

Every time that I put the car in reverse my turn signal fuse blows out. I have replaced and the minute I put in reverse it blows again. Any one know what would be causing it? The motor has not been taken out as one of my friends suggested that could be the problem worked fine one day and then the next pop. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I would be inclined to make sure there is no pinched wires around the tail lights. I am not sure if they run on the same circuit, but it wouldn't hurt to check. Have you had the tail light assemblies out recently?
