Thanks for all the help guys it ended up being the fuel pressure regulator I ain't never seen anything like it I took it out just to look at it and sugar ants we call them **** ants around here had gotten down in there and broke the seal on the oring I cleaned all the dead ants out and put it back together and it cranks great now.

Thanks for letting us know what you found to be the problem, I have a lot of those little ants getting on my car from time to time, they are a pain.
Never thought any would get into a FPR though, glad you figured it out and fixed the issue, hope it continues to run well!
