Default '95 lesabre: L27 smoke from front of motor

i looked at a '95 lesabre for $500 this morning and i had already decided it was coming home with me. i parked the car and noticed smoke comming from under the hood. when i popped the hood i saw blue smoke coming from the front of the motor, below the exhaust manifolds. i was thinking this is most likely either a leaking valve cover gasket or a leaking exhaust manifold gasket.

has anyone seen this before or am i way off?

Leaking Valve cover gasket... And a 95 huh.... Its got to be the L27 power plant...

If it drove and ran good.... It may be well worth you time...
