94 SSE No start
This 94 SSE has 172,000 miles on it. So right after work I go to fill up the tank. Fill her up with 16 gallons. Go to start it and cranking really really slow, so I saw someone I knew at the gas station and she offered to jump me if I find jumpercables. The attendant had a set of jumpercables and tryed to jumpstart it, but nothing just slow cranking. Goto wal-mart buy a new battery get some tools from automotive to change it. Go back to gas station install battery and nothing. No cranking no clicking absolutely nothing. The security light has always been on but has started everytime. The person who sold it to me said one day at work he spilled something on his keys and the car wouldn't start so his day brought the spare keys from home and it started, but his dad sprayed wd-40 in the ignition switch, ever since then the security light has been on. So do you think its the security system disabling the car or the starter. I hear the fuel pump kick on, and the fuel pump was replaced less than 6 months ago. I went home and tryed my spare keys but still nothing. I just want help please the car is stuck at speedway and I need to remove it before sometime tomorrow evening.

have them tow it to your house
see if your insurance will cover the 'recovery' or 'towing' bill
if not, it shouldn't be more than $200
it'd be more worth it to just get it towed home because you're just worsening the issue w/ the car
if it'* at home, you can get someone who knows cars to help you in your own garage
and you don't get her impounded

Try cleaning both the key pellet and inside the ignition with alcohol, and see if that helps. However, I believe the VATS system kills the fuel pump, but you say you can hear that run.
Do you have lights? Do the interior and dash lights come on when you turn the key? If they do, what do the interior lights do when you turn the key? Do they dim, or go out? If they go out, try cleaning the cables to the battery, including inside the rubber coating. If that doesn't do it, you'll have to clean the other ends of them too...a bit hard to do at the gas station.
If they stay the same, or dim, you likely have a starter problem, and the starter will have to be replaced. Sometimes, if you're lucky, smacking the starter with a hammer may get it going for you again - at least to get it home.
It'* possible that the ignition switch could be bad, but the slow cranking you were experiencing earlier leans me in the direction of the starter.

Well I have malibu 02 with problem with car reading the key system the key reader is dying. On that car the motor will try to start ( i hear the starting spinning, but no sound from the fuel pump). I know on the that car if has problems I just leave the key in for 10 minutes and it will start. So I would try that I see if she start leave on the ignition position. Their is remote possible it is the starter if you hear nothing but I would say not replace that yet.

I tried cleaning the key with rubbing alcohol. The lights come on, radio, windows work, all doors unlock with the key. The accessories doen't move slow either, they move normal speed.

Sorry, I should have explained more clearly. What happens to the lights when you try to start the car? Also, use a "Q-tip" or similar and clean inside the ignition switch, too.

You may very well need the VATS bypass. You'll need some resistors from Radio Shaq.
Keep in mind this is my remote diagnosis, no liability intended.

And the security light remains lit with the ignition switched to ON? Bypass and get it out of there! You can do this with minimal tools for now. When you get home, solder the connections and use heatshrink.
