Sounds like a Dirty TB but its nothing to worrie about. You should get around to cleaning it but its not the end of the world if you dont for a while. If it were me I wouldnt be typing right now I would be shooting carb clean into my TB.

Thanks again for the info. As long as leaving it dirty for a while won't harm it more or damage anything, I think I will probably leave well enough alone for now. I don't feel confident enough in my ability to work on the car just yet and feel that I may end up causing more problems than I fix at this point. Hopefully one day I will start doing my own work on it. Thanks again though for the offer of help.

Chevron Techron fuel system cleaner is the best stuff that can be bought locally. All the other good ones generally have to be ordered from the internet.
