Default 92 ssei ticking

Recently(1 wk ago) aquired a 92 ssei with a broken sc snout. pulled sc from 95 and put on 92. first few days were fine and then a couple days later, once it reached operating temp it would tick. only audiable with windows down @2k or lower rpms. now its there no matter what temp but still whithin the same rpm range. the tick seems to be coming from pass side lower on the engine. did notice that while at idle watchin the harmonic balancer you can see it have a slight wobble in it. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful.

Could be a bad harmonic balancer. Try to inspect it. There should be no wobble on the HB

ok so after doin a little more testin and listening, i found the noise to not be coming from the engine but the tranny. was told that it would more than likely be a sprag clutch goin out. doesnt sound like a fun fix

Not something I suggest trying unless you have a well outfitted shop, have a service manual for the transmission, and have a lot of time. The work it'* self is not that hard, but there are so many details that must be followed it'* not funny.
