Exclamation 92 Pontiac sputters and bucks now

I have a 92 Bonneville and it all started when it would just die and then it took a while, 1 - 2 hours before it starts again. Sometimes it does not even turn over. Then the mechanic changed the coils and ICM. It would go up to 50 mph and then sputter, jerk and buck, new problem and engine light was on. I took it back to mechanic and they checked codes, one was for starting the other for what they thought was a crank sensor problem. They replaced crank sensor and teh main pulley wheel. Now it is even worse with the sputtering and jerking, does it at all speeds. Out of money what do I do?!!

Define "does not turn over" ??
Does the engine crank over, but not start?
Or does it not even turn over?
If it doesn't turn over, start at the battery cables top to bottom.
