Ok, I just tried to measure resistance at the jumper and I didn't get any reading. I also tried to jump it again and didn't hear anything. I checked my battery and I only have 10.57V. Could it have been that my battery isn't at 12V? The battery is good it'* just been sitting in the cold for days.

I turned the ignition to see if I can hear the relay click, which I didn't. I only heard the door locks relay (after market alarm system). Does the fuel pump relay require 12V to operate?

I recall reading that PCMs will shut down if the voltage gets too low. Better charge it up before doing any testing.

When my alternator died, I ran it down to a low 9.something before I shut it off.

My radio wont even come on. And my dash gauges were jumping like crazy, specifically the temp gauge.

Good point and This is true of some vehicles. Northstar, for example, will spin over very fast but not start if voltage falls below 11 volts. These cars don't do this, if they have enough juice to spin over they'll run.

Sounds like maybe the wires could be burned where they pass through the top of the sending unit (which i've seen countless times, but mostly on trucks), causing an open circuit.

Today it was like 52 degrees outside. For some reason I checked to see if I had any pressure at the fuel rail and air came out. I turned the ignition on and off and then some fuel poured out. So I kept cycling the ignition on 20 secs, then off. I tried to start it, but the pressure wasn't good enough.

Apparently I didn't have any wire left since I installed like 3 sound systems the past couple of days. I'm going to the store tomorrow to get some wire long enough to where I can jump the fuel pump from the back of the car, because I can't really hear anything by myself. Also I think I'm going to cut that jumper off and use the bare wire because I'm not getting a reading from it.

I tried checking for resistance at the jump connector and I'm not getting anything. It'* like the wire isn't even connected to anything. I looked at the ground bus connector on the passenger'* side and it was actually in water. I suspect there'* a leak at the front windshield area of my vehicle. My fuel pump fuse is not blown. Does the same connections connect to this ground as the other side'*?

I got the fuel pressure working, it was a defective pump. Now the line connects from the fuel sender aren't gripping the fuel hose properly. It won't snap in. is 47 psi enough to blow the hose off? I went ahead and put the tank up, but I haven't drove to see if the line connected properly.
