Cant get the interior or under hood lights to work, the horn/int light relay was bad and the horn now works but still no interior lights, both fuses are good, bulbs tested good, now what???

Check your connections at the fuse panel for corrosion, and try to look for a loose connection somewhere. When I got my car, the map lights wouldn't work at all. It turned out to be a bad connection in the wires going to the mirror.
