Everything seems to be working except the fuel does not get to the engine.

The first time I checked i got a 21 and a 41 but after clearing the memory I got a 58.

Have you looked up the first two in Techinfo to see if either seems to pertain to the problem at hand?

I'm kind of thinking Vats or dirty connector on this one..but not 100%

So you have spark but no fuel pressure at the rail?

There is a lead by the battery that goes to the fuel pump. You can test for 12 volts at this lead. It'll only have voltage for 2 seconds when key is turned to run position. Should have continous power while cranking.

I think the fuel pump is fine because when we disconnected the fuel line, some fuel did come out.

Do you know if it'* sparking?
Why do you think it'* not getting fuel?

When my dad took out the spark plug it was dry. So he said it wasn't getting any fuel but a spark was produced when we tried to start it.

The car sat on the driveway for almost a year without being started. When we first tried to start it the security light was blinking and it turned out to be a broken wire for the pass key inside the stearing coloumn.

I don't think that this will help but there was a lot of water inside the tail lights and the sunroof was not closed properly over the winter and water got in.
