Doing some thinking outloud. Just want to make sure a 1997 4t60e out of a bonnville will fit in my 1995 bonneville.

Well because i may be getting bens (big_news) old tranny rebuilt and want to make sure it will work. He has a 1997 and put a 1995 tranny in it but i want to make sure it works the other way lol.

When it is rebuilt, have them put the 95 wiring harness.

It will work in your car. We checked the '95 wiring harness against my '97 and it was the same. I actually used the '95 harness in my car. Shouldn't be any issues with compatibility.
