3800 series III ??????
According to this site:
http://h_body.home.att.net/pressinfo...4/2hyorder.pdf
For MY2004, the ssei will be no longer...(the GXP will replace)
and the engine for the SE and SLE remains at 205hp, which means that it is a Series II, as the series III was supposed to have a HP increase if memory serves me correctly

In Canada
The GP will get the 3800 Series III (already seen it on our lot too).
The Bonneville will cease to exist after 2003 too.
The GP GXP in 2006 will get that 4.4L V8.

I can't speak for the USA, but in Canada, this is the last year for the Bonneville. According to the sales info we GM employees get every quarter, the 4.4L V8 will make it'* debut in the 2006 Grand Prix GXP. The specs for the 3800 Series III should be out soon at your nearest dealer, as we just got our 2004 brochures last week.
