Default 1998 SSEi vandalism

I park right next to my moms car in the backyard. This morning when I left for work car seemed normal nothing out of the usual. When I got home for work, my moms power antenna was pulled out and bent over really bad. My dad said when he left to go somewhere it was already like that. The power antenna worked fine before, went up and down when the was started and turned off. Are the antennas easy to pull out. I tryed to bend it over but the antenna almost snapped off and the motor was still trying to pull it down.

How much is it to replace the antenna.

I'm not sure if you can just replace the mast, but I've seen whole new power units go for as little as $25 on ebay and as much as $55 in my local parts store.

Go to the wrecker. It'll take you 5 minutes with a 10mm to get one. Should be very cheap.

I certainly hear ya on the vandalism. I'm dealing with a similar issue. I've had over 22 screws in my tires in past years and numerous other things done to my property.
Got a drivway patrol alert system on order as well as a night vision camera that see'* in total darkness.
Very difficult to catch a night prowler especially when its a 2 second crime but I am determined this year. Even know who it is but can't do anything.

Well if you want to go to the dealer it will cost you about $120.00 for motor and mast. The actual mast should only run about $30 dollars.
