I boke this nipple off and would like to know what this part is called and where i could find it ...

I can't tell you what it'* called, but I would imagine you could go to most junkyards and they would at least let you look for it. You could also probably point it out at a dealership as they tend to have blown up images detailing what each part is on their parts counter computer(They do here anyways).
