I just use flate stock, cut to the right size, drill a hole, and use copper RTV Bolt it in place, done.

Just curious Dan, have you ever had problems with copper RTV curing. I bought a tube and it wouldn't cure. Don't know if it was a lot issue or what but I haven't tried it since.
