1994 bonneville-wont start, wont run
i have read several of the threads, but i have a different problem. i cannot get power to the starter solonoid from the ignition switch, without applying ground to the wire on starter enable relay that goes to the passkey decoder module. whenever i apply ground to that wire the car will start but will not run more than 3 seconds, i have cleaned the key. also the fuel pump stays running after the engine quits running for 3 sec. any help on this would be greatly appreciated
