1992 Bonneville SE Computer
I have a 1992 Bonneville SE that start-up fine, but will act up while driving it on the road. Do I need to change out the computer or can I chek something else? The care lopes as it goes down the road.
Thanks :?

Changing out the "Computer" is kind of a drastic first step. Go for the easy stuff first, such as plugs and wires (how old are they), fuels system (good cleaner maybe a new filter), air filter.
Basically, a good tune up....

Hey, I found the problem! This car is my 81 year old dad. He said the car needed a computer because the dealership told him that. Well, I started looking for a computer to install on his car. I found your site and asked the question with out checking the car!
The driver side brakes had some what locked up.
All the parts for the repaired cost $306.
Thanks guys for the fast response :P
