How do you scan your car while driving. Isn't the cable in the way, so you need to drive two footed or did you pull the connector out of the hush panel to reroute?

my car does the same thing, with the battery meter and the temp. Oil is fine. I was getting ready to post a topic, but it'* already been done . Do you think taking apart the cluster and cleaning the connectors would help?

I did pull mine apart and clean everything, look for cracked solder joints and all that good stuff. Even put dielectric grease where the little board sits on the posts for the gauges.

In my case I was unlucky it didn't fix the problem. I suggest giving it a try if you feel like it. Many have tried it. I do not know the success rate beyond my own.

That little board fixed me up. I have a 95 car and the board came out of a 93 cluster.

well i just tryed myself and now it is worse it used to reset alot and now i put it back in and it worked great for 10 minuets and now total failuer lol guess i need to get it fixed any one know of a repair place ? thanks

ok well it is not as bad as first thought well all the little guages and the compass and the DIC would blink out and reset do there cal sweep and what not or just not come back on
now i 'm back to it doing thaty agin but now the DIC is not as eratic as it was it is just as brite as the compass now and dont freak out untill the rest do
