When I got my 90 I also had some recline problems. The seats would go back but would not come forward. I heard a relay click but there was no movement. I encouraged the motor by tapping on it with a ratchet extension (anything hard will do) while pressing on the button. So far, they haven't failed again. The recline motor is the rearmost motor under the seats.

The lumbar control unit and air pump are separate fron the seat control module. They live under the passenger'* seat. They get their power from circuit breaker 23 but if that was faulty, I'd expect you to have trouble with the power windows and sunroof as they are on the same circuit. Take a peek under the passenger'* seat and check for disconnected wires. We can go much deeper if everything looks connected correctly. Got a volt meter or test light?

Sounds like my seats, only apparently mine stopped working because the previous owner spilled a drink where the buttons are

hmmm....I agree with Randman sounds like the circuit is ok. I replaced all the motors and lumbar support when i did the interior swap, but before I did the the reline was not working that well on the dirvers side. When I looked at the motor the casing was cracked. the unit (not sure what its called) that controls the airlines if it does develop a crack will be no good- do you hear a leaking sound at all? or is it completly dead?
