Front seat removal on 90 SSE??

Front seat removal on 90 SSE??
does anyone know how to do this? thought i saw it somewhere but cant find it.
i dont want to take apart anymore that i have to so any info you have would be apperciated.
my front seat does not recline but if you lift your *** off the seat it works. i find that if i lift up on the bar/mechanism (that goes up into the seat it) works fine.
i need to get to it so i can see if i can fix it without replacing anything.
help!!
