Yeah, I think they even sell little OBD-I thingys at Wal-Mart that basically just short those two terminals. Think they are around $30.00....a complete ripoff.

I have a code reader.....
and no trouble codes.
Works great- as I got it from a friend that has 7/8 of these gens. He bought one when he got his 90 SSE
