Ok, i just took my car over to one of those Havoline Xpress places to have my tires rotated and ever since then, whenever i turn, i hear a sound almost like the rotor rubbing on the pads...maybe not quite like that, but it has never made that sound b4!!, maybe it was my high speed long period cruiding but it think i heard it b4. I have not had a chance to take off the wheel and check it out yet, but i will this weekend, maybe i can get a recording of it...

Wait a minute. Weren't you telling us that you had trouble with your brakes and could not stop???!!! I think this noise might be the clue you're looking for. Or, I should say, you should look at your front brake pads/rotors.....what'* left of them!!!
And I don't think you should wait until this weekend to look at them. I have a feeling that the next time you try to stop, you'll blow right by the weekend into Monday!!!
