Noise at start up

Noise at start up
I have a 1991 SSE and when I start it up, there is a loud noise that comes from the dash. It sounds like a door slamming shut. I'm thinking it must have something to do with the heat or defroster. Anyone else ever have this problem and how can I fix it?
