Finally worked out my pcv after changing the oil pressure sending unit. I had to warm the engine and spray some penetrating oil at the socket before it would wiggle loose with a large blade screwdriver. It wouldn't come loose with just pulling by hand and I was tired of burning my fingers on the manifold.
