Technically rjolly is correct, however only the LE had the column Shifter. This also constitutes the hashmarks on the cluster. This is also an '87, which had 95% LEs and 5% SEs [the highest trim for '87]. This also means you will be hard pressed to find an '87 SE, however Straitor does have one, so I do not know if his has the hashmarks or not.

Come to think of it.. jrs3800 has an LE without the hashmarks.. hmm... maybe it is something else? Maybe JMFC is correct and changed with the year? Although I could swear I saw plenty of 88-91 Clusters on eBay with hashmarks? Aye, I don't know.

Thought the guage cluster was optional on LE, standard on SE. Our 90 SE has column shift (wife does not like bucket seats had had choice of 55-45 or buckets when ordered), no hash marks (I like the unframed appearance).
