I finally got my mesh grille put in. I made it out of that gutter guard that is available at Home Depot. Its galvanized steel, but it looks like aluminum. I glued pieces of plastic inside the horizontal part in the center and screwed the mesh to it. It doesnt look crappy at all.

go get a disposable one, they are like $10, and you get a cd with the pics on it...
then you should get them on photobucket in like 10 min of being home, and then post away
isnt that mesh really filmsy??? my gutter guard was...id be nervous about snow and stuff pushing on it

I didnt know they had disposably digital cams.... I have dial up fo I'de have to upload them for hours. The gutter mesh is about 3/32 thick. Its not really that flimsy. I had no problems at all, but then a 1990 grille has at the most, 1 1/4:" of open space with no support.
While we're anxiously waiting to see phoenix flame'* grille, here'* a pic of what it MIGHT look like... this is my bonnie'* most recent upgrade:

what do you guys think?

Could you get one of the front end, maybe 5 ft away or so? That pic isn't the best angle, and shows the grille, versus what the grille looks like on the car. I like the grille though
