Default master cylinder going out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i cant believe this finally got the engine running fine and now i got no brakes and it caused my right front passenger side br5akes to start scrathing and dragging i know its not the pads i changed just under 300 miles back. Well i guess ill be tearing into my brakes tonight and pray its not my master cylinder causing the problem i heard they cost a pretty penny.... hehe wish me luck

See if they can replace the whole axle shaft...when I did mine, the cost of the axle shaft was cheaper then the CV boot and the other hardware in order to do the repair.

Check that out first

How did the CV joint cause the caliper to rub on the rotor?

My front passenger side caliper was also rubbing for a while and I thought it was a warped rotor but after replacing the rotor and pads it is still doing it some so I am guessing the caliper is sticking.

I am going to replace the calipers over the summer.
