Just got off the phone with the parts store a whopping $79.99 with a $45 core on the front passenger CV joint. .. . . .. . Wonder where im gonna pull that cash from???? Time to call my dad... hehehe
See if they can replace the whole axle shaft...when I did mine, the cost of the axle shaft was cheaper then the CV boot and the other hardware in order to do the repair.
Check that out first

Yep Yep I would have to agree. I'll be home home in 45 mins to start the job tell you the results tommorow. Hopefully i'll be back on the road tommorrow.
How did the CV joint cause the caliper to rub on the rotor?
My front passenger side caliper was also rubbing for a while and I thought it was a warped rotor but after replacing the rotor and pads it is still doing it some so I am guessing the caliper is sticking.
I am going to replace the calipers over the summer.
