Could be series II? They have a roller pivot only, standard rubbing type of valve operating tip. Rockers were a cast or powder metal construction, not a stamped steel rocker. Purchased from the local Buick dealer, definitely not aftermarket.
The 93-95 L27 had a pivot that had roller style bearings on the ends of the pivot... Actually a great way to reduce valvetrain friction without redesigning the whole rocker I guess GM figured why reinvent it when your going to have a totally redesigned 3800 series II in 95...lol
