the water pump on that motor was new 2 years ago when it failed suddenly on me right after that engine was put in my car, the pulley seized after i started it up so i never had it overheat then, i never had a problem with it leaking at all.


there was one time the motor overheated in the summer last year, i was driving like a maniac that day and the temp guage hit the red zone as soon as i got stuck at a stoplight, went down after i got moving again tho with no issue, definately not hot enough to warp anything though.

Hmm.. alright. It'* not an issue now, so I figure it'* alright. And the WP was fine, but the gasket leaked when I got it, just never bad. Oh well, it'* all taken care of now. Intake gaskets come monday at school, hoorah!
