My trunk has the water issue too. It comes from somewhere on the left side. It trickles down from somewhere. I haven't bothered to strip the trunk and sit inside with a flashlight yet while the wife hoses it down, but I think that'* the only way I'll ever know where it'* from.

Dry it out good (leave the trunk open on a sunny day), and use Febreeze.
