I've been searching nationwide for an hour and can't find one. I did find out it'* called an oil filter stand, at least that is what the gasket is called. I can find all kinds of those but no stand. A fine mess I have gotten myself into just from "one more turn otta do it, crack, ahhhhh"

here is a picture if I did it right. I sent as an attachment. Well I have been to every pick and pullin K.C. and lots of 3.8'* but none of them have what I guess are oil cooler lines to the housing. I'm starting to think that they only made 1 of these engines and I got it. I see that there is a kit out there to move the oil filter. All the other 3.8'* look like the same mount to the block, just without the ports for the oil lines. Does anyone know if I would be able to do somthing with this type of kit if I get one of the other types of housing?

I can't tell anything from that tiny little picture.
If it was mine, I would put a "normal" oil filter stand on it and do away with the oil cooler. As long as you don't tow or visit the high desert or other extremities you will never miss it in KC.
I'm south of you (slightly hotter climate), I don't have an oil cooler on mine, and I've never had an issue with overheating.

Start a new thread with a description of your problem Mike. You tacked your question on to a thread that is a year old, and it won't get much attention.
