hey thanks for the response but I'm still pretty lost. could you go into a little more detail please?

put a metric socket on the bolt in the center of the idler pulley
set the rachet to loosen a bolt
pull on the rachet
the idler pulley will move out of the way
place the belt in its correct position
slowly let the idler puller rest on the belt
