Hey, My foglamps were working great for 2 or 3 weeks but they quit on me last night. Apparently the foglamp fuse is on the "fuse and relay panel". Where is this located?

Horn still works. I pulled the fog fuse and it was busted. I put in a new 20A for the fogs, try to turn them on and no go. I pull it out. Its busted. I tried once more to make sure it wasn't just a fluke and it blew again.
What do I do now?

Sounds like theres a short to ground somewhere after the foglight relay. shouldnt that fuse be a 25A? You could start testing wire resistances to see where the short is, maybe narrow it down.
Make sure on the proper size fuse, don't go and put a bigger fuse in there if it is not called for. I seen a car recently that the lights went out on it, so the guy just put a bigger fuse in it and melted the entire wiring harness under the dash of the car. The source of the problem was that his license plate light was grounding out.
I would start checking as much of the wiring leading up to the fog lights as you can, inspect it for any kind of missing plastic covering that would allow a wire to ground out. Oh and another thing, be careful, the fuse blew for a reason.
