When pressing brake pedal my digital displays such as time , heater display and compass and DIC will flicker, what is the correlation.Reason being my compass and dic dont work but once in a while I press brake pedal and they will flicker.

possibly...a power change....lcd things like that don't usually like quick power changes and powering all those lights in the back just might be enough of a power surge to make em flicker...i mean over time of course....otherwise i have nooo clue...but that would be my best guess

mine did that every once in a blue moon, check your brake switch, i swore up and down that it was causing the problem, mainly because it threw a code for it that disappeared right after it showed up

Hey Mike Dic was on and off and now they been gone for a while, until lately very rare but when I touch the brke everything flickers and so will compass and dic.Im used to livin without it , just thought someone might have had this.

you really should pull the cluster and check all the connections.

Ive already been thru the cluster clean and check 3 times.I have given up but this started happening and thought I would ask.
