Definitely examine them. Mine were the wrong ones and didn't last 3 weeks. The replacements were fine. They are Anchors and haven't had a problem in 2 years.

You must have needed the GX3 Mounts, and I'll bet they sold you the ones for a regular Bonneville...

Leave it to them to do that...

Yes they are anchor brand mounts. The 3 tranny ones, front and rear left and rear right are 14.99 retail/piece. The engine mount, which they call a "fluid filled direct factory replacement" is 39.99 retail. For that one alone on GM parts direct was 101 dollars, and the tranny ones were 70- something apiece! Now i need the 100 bucks....

Bingo Jr! That'* exactly what happened. And to top it off When I took them back I got the following line "You told me it wasn't GX3". So they didn't take them back, and I never went back to them.

They most likely asked you what year it was... And that was it... Most likely didn't even ask you if it was an SSE...

Autozones computer system sucks monkey nutz... No pun intended to anyone that shops or works there BTW...

I have been happier with Advance auto parts down here... They have done a decent job keeping me as a customer... And every time I ask for bonneville parts, they always ask which model... lol... For the 95 I always hear, se or sse...lol...

Ricer HQ has pissed me off too many times...

I for the most part shop Advance or Bennette down here in Florida..

I'll give props to Advanced as well. Plus the website is good, I usually can look up the part and know whether they have it in stock and how much it is before I get there.

I had to get a water pump bypass hose( mine was about to rupture ) and they sold me one that was wayyy to small, But thats what their computer called for... I later returned with the factory hose in my hand... I asked the guy what was wrong with this picture... We checked several years ahead and back, still listed the same part, so we went to the hose section in the back and found the correct hose... The guy told me that has happened before, nothing new... At least he was good about it... Not rude in any manner... and he didn't once try to brush me off.. Autozone has...
