Default Cleaning the crosslace wheels

No they arent gold LOL. But how do I get them to look the best, short of sitting there with a rag painstakingly cleaning each little crevice?

Clean them however you can, then switch to ceramic brake pads.

ceramic brake pads? hmmm I guess thats a new one on me LOL. I JUST did a front brake job on the car last week, New Perfomance Friction pads, one new rotor, one new caliper, surfaced the other rotor, It'll stop the paint right off the hood now.

Who makes the ceramic pads?
