New Rotors
I just got a 2006 Pontaic Grand Prix, it stops pretty good, but the rotors look like they have seen better days.
They will hold out for a little while, but when I go do change my brake pads all the way around, I am considering going ahead and buying new rotors, rather than trying to get these off, and find somebody to take me to get them turned.
The car will be a daily driver, mainly a to and from work car, I do have a a mountain to travel up and down daily.
I am trying to decide on some decent Daily Driver rotors, or if some Performance/Improved Stopping Power rotors would be worth investing in.
I do like to drive a little fast from time to time, but usually I'll be babying it, as I want it to last me...
I have always went AC Delco with my Park Ave, are RAYBESTOS Professional Grade rotors any good?
I can get all four of them for about 100.00 total.
Or should I stick with ACDELCO Professional Durastop rotors?
The AC Delco rotors will run me about 180.00 for all four as well..
I can get the Raybestos for a lot cheaper, but I want quality rotors over price, as being able to stop well is very important!
The other rotors I was looking at are POWER STOP Extreme Performance Drilled and Slotted rotors.
Four of them will run me about 180.00, but if they are really worth it I'll get them.
I usually know just what I want, but being a new car to me, I value others advice.

Anything else I should consider getting when I do the brake pads?
I see a brake pad retaining clip, and a Brake Pad Drag Reduction Clip..
I really need to go ahead and buy my FSM'*.

I have Wagner ThermoQuiet on my Park Ave, they are pretty good.
I ended up going with PowerStop rotors and pads all the way around, hopefully they are decent.
I got POWER STOP AR8280XPR Extreme Performance Drilled and Slotted rotors for the Front
I got POWER STOP AR8286XPR Extreme Performance Drilled and Slotted rotors for the Rear
For the Pads.
POWER STOP Z231075 Z23 Evolution Sport; Carbon Fiber/Ceramic Front Pads
POWER STOP Z23999 Z23 Evolution Sport; Carbon Fiber/Ceramic Rear Pads
I was thinking about replacing the brake fluid as I already have it on hand, I just have so much else I plan to do, I have a few days of work to do on it already, as I like to take my time with whatever I do..
Some Castrol Synthetic fluid would be nice to out in it though.
