Does anyone know if this is factory on this 98 GTP?

I found this 98 GTP and looking at the rear back it'* gray in the bottom..Does anyone know if this factory?

yeah. it was how they denoted the GT and GTP'* from the SE'*. After 99 or 00 the SE got the same front bumper, but the whole thing was color matched.
