i think the easiest route would be to go with some lowering coilover springs. if i remeber correctly eibach makes a set that replaces the stock springs with lowering springs that drop you about 1.5"*

Nobody makes off the shelf springs for a 92-99.
I've dropped my car a few ways and currently I have home-made coilovers in the front with adjustable AGX shocks, and custom springs in the rear with OEM style air-assist shocks.
How you drop your car really depends on how far you want to drop it and your budget.
My 1st drop was about 2" on F41 spec (stiffest factory spring rate) custom springs from http://www.coilsprings.com and KYB GR-2 shocks. This combo was a little harsh, handled pretty well, but the GR-2s could not keep up with the drop/spring rate up front. At 65+ dips on the highway would send the front end in a slow pogo motion.
The 2nd way is much more involved up front. I involves converting the front end to 00+ Bonneville front knuckles to accept a W-Body adjustable strut with Eibach W-body springs and an adapted top mount. This also involves upgrading to either the stock 12" bonneville brake setup or dual piston F-body setup.
The ride was much better than the 1st setup and the braking power has been awesome.
I wrote a write up here:
Right-Click Save As.
For the rear'* I just got custom springs from coilsprings again and oem replacement air-assist shocks.
The 3rd way is with the coilovers up front and 400# springs. This ride is the best so far. I even tried 2 other W-body front springs before this.
If you go lower than 2.5-3", you're going to have some CV boot issues.
Here'* info on raising the drivetrain and making the coilovers out of AGX struts:

And a thread with all the p/ns etc.
http://www.bonnevillepro.com/forums/...st=0&sk=t&sd=a
And the rears got a 3" drop spring from coilsprings.
In summary, 1-1.5" (http://www.coilsprings.com) drop on KYBs is probably ok.
1.75"+ you're going to want to do the whole 00+H and W-body conversion to get an adjustable front strut.
2.5"+ You should go coilover up front and raise your engine trans.
Check out my Your ride thread to see my current ride height. And I've put about 15k on the setup so far.
